Smile Is The Art Of Happiness

Mastering the 'Art of Happiness' is the key to living a beautiful and successful life. Yes not money, not power, but happiness. This is that elusive object which we are all running after, all yearning for. Happiness is very difficult to define and put into a few words, but it is essentially that state of mind where we are completely satisfied with us, and our lives, and we are at peace with ourselves.

As simple as this may sound, the art of happiness is the most difficult state to achieve. Sages and philosophers have been trying to find the perfect solution to achieve this art of happiness for millions of years. However the only way to master the art of happiness is to be happy with oneself. If I am happy with myself, my work, the people around me, then I am happy, and the simplest way to master this unique art of happiness is to 'smile'. Yes, smile! If you can smile through all the adversities and problems in your life, then you have perfected the art of happiness. This state can be achieved only when you have a positive attitude.

The art of happiness cannot be achieved if you are pessimistic, and have a negative attitude. It is only when you can smile even in the face of adversity or when the chips are down, even when things are not exactly going our way, that you can be happy. The most important lesson that has to be learnt from this is to have confidence in yourself, and give yourself respect.

The art of happiness is when you are satisfied with yourself, when you can smile even if you do not have a best of cars, flashy bungalows or more money than your neighbour. A crucial aspect of the art of happiness is also related to making people around you happy. Helping others, and making them happy with your deeds is perhaps the most fulfilling way to master the art of happiness. Even simple everyday things, like greeting people with a smile, helping elders, treating everyone equally creates a positive impact on people. The greatest joy you can have is to see the happiness on the face of others, especially your loved ones as a result of your actions. Then, you would have truly mastered the art of happiness. Therefore, always have a positive attitude, do not let greed and selfishness rule your heart, and you will then have perfected this mysterious art of happiness.

It is strange but very true. Studies have proved that just pretending to be cheerful, speaking in a happy tone, wearing a great smile and walking confidently can actually trigger joy.
This is the simplest way of proving that smile is the art of happiness.

beautiful message about our life.

A Short Inspirational Story with beautiful message about our life.........

A little girl and her father were crossing a bridge. The father was kind of scared so he asked his little
daughter, " Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don't fall into the
river. " The little girl said, " No,Dad. You hold my hand. " " What's the
difference? " Asked the puzzled father.

" there's a big
difference, " replied the little girl. " If I hold your hand and something
happens to me, chances are that I may let your hand go. But if you hold my
hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let my
hand go. "

In any relationship, the essence of trust is not in its bind, but in its bond. So hold the hand of
the person whom you love rather than expecting them to hold yours...
This message is too short.....but carries a lot of feelings.....its the best
Thing..........

Regards  say it only takes a minute to find a special person ... an hour to appreciate them ... a day to
love them ... but an entire lifetime to forget them.

Never take some one for granted, Hold every person Close to your Heart because you might wake up one day and realize.that you have lost a diamond while you were too busy collecting stones. "
Remember this always in life.

supervisor of 35 years, " I'm going to build one last house and u will
build it for me coz I'll be gone for a year. Use the best material --
money is no consideration. Make it the greatest house we've ever
built " . Having given these instruction, the man left.

beautiful frm outside. After a year, the contractor returned, he
inspected the house and asked the supervisor what he thought of the

Change Your Perspective, Change Your LIFE

MAKE THE CONSCIOUS DECISION TO SHIFT YOUR BEHAVIOUR.

decided to no longer stand for my negative behavior, thoughts, and beliefs.
I truly believe we are solely responsible on how we act. We have a choice in how we use our energy. You can either let it suck you dry or allow it to feed you from head to toe. What will you choose?

SET YOUR INTENTION EACH MORNING.

I start each day with intention.
Visualize how you will show up in the world. Picture your demeanor, your responses, and your energy. And then follow your intentions through.

USE A TRIGGER TOOL.

For me, this is my hairband. I always have a hairband on my wrist so it’s a no brainer. Whatever you use, you want it to remind you of your intention and bring you back to the present moment. When I find myself talking negatively, I snap my hairband on my wrist and it literally snaps me back to my intention. Yes, it stings a bit but it works for me.Find something that works for you.

ENLIST YOUR FRIENDS’ HELP.

I reached out to friends.
Ask a few good friends to point it out to you when you are being overly negative. This is a great way to see how often you are acting like a brat. People always say awareness is key — and in this instance, I wholeheartedly agree!

IF ALL ELSE FAILS, SMILE, SAY NOTHING, AND MOVE ON.

You are going to have those days. Days where you think your life sucks. It’s inevitable. Sometimes all you can do is put your best foot forward, smile, shake it off and move on.

Motivational

Motivational

Motivational stories have the ability to lift us up, make us smile, encourage, motivate, and teach us valuable life lessons. Here are some motivating stories that will hopefully help you spark that motivational feeling. They give us an empowering sense of hope, that if ‘he/she’ can do it, so can I.
Throughout history, people have used inspirational stories to teach, encourage, and inspire in hopes that the listener will use it as a stepping stone and as an example to live a better life. Some will make you think, some will make you cry. Hopefully, some will give you that motivation to go for your dreams. The important thing to remember when reading these inspiring stories is that when you get that feeling of motivation, where you want to do something, do something. Nothing is more of a waste than to be inspired and motivated and not take any action. Your life will only change as a result of taking focused action. An inspirational story is nothing if it doesn’t cause you to do something or at least make you believe in yourself a bit more. Hopefully, these inspiring stories will change your life in some way.
The Story of the Butterfly
A man found a cocoon of a butterfly.
One day a small opening appeared.
He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours
as it struggled to squeeze its body through the tiny hole.
Then it stopped, as if it couldn’t go further.
Butterfly
So the man decided to help the butterfly.
He took a pair of scissors and
snipped off the remaining bits of cocoon.
The butterfly emerged easily but
it had a swollen body and shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch it,
expecting that any minute the wings would enlarge
and expand enough to support the body,
Neither happened!
In fact the butterfly spent the rest of its life
crawling around.
It was never able to fly.
What the man in his kindness
and haste did not understand:
The restricting cocoon and the struggle
required by the butterfly to get through the opening
was a way of forcing the fluid from the body
into the wings so that it would be ready
for flight once that was achieved.
Sometimes struggles are exactly
what we need in our lives.
Going through life with no obstacles would cripple us.
We will not be as strong as we could have been
and we would never fly.
