Thank you and Sorry

hey all I feel Thank you and Sorry can make a relationship bond stronger and Its a sign of kindness and mannerism. do u all agree?????

Thanks means Appreciating somebody work or someone. then true smile comes on the faces its like hundred million smile.   Sorry is like forgiving some one Forgiveness is to release from hard feelings, yes, but it is also to release from revenge and to help them overcome their sins!

The weak can never forgive.   Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong  .Apologizing does not always mean that you are wrong and the other person is right.   It just means that you value your relationship more than your ego.   Thanking Someone is a gesture of gratitude, With a simple hand gesture in sign language, you can easily convey your "thanks" to those who are serving without stumbling around for words, feeling awkward or getting tearful.  Gratitude is when memory is stored in the heart and not in the mind.

kindness

kindness is the act or the state of being kind, being marked by good and charitable behavior, pleasant disposition, and concern for others. It is known as a virtue, and recognized as a value in many cultures and religions . Knowing the meaning of kindness is good. Better still is experiencing how to be happy by sowing seeds of kindness through doing small acts of kindness daily. Kindness then soon blossoms into love.

  • Look your partner in the eye and smile at him or her in a kindly way.

  • At a checkout till smile at the cashier, and thank them for the job they're doing.

  • In a public washroom, smile at the cleaner and thank him or her for keeping the place so clean and fresh for everyone. Perhaps even give a tip if that would be appropriate in your society.

  • Offer to help a family member carry their shopping bags into the house.

  • In the home, offer to do something that another member of the family usually does - just to give them a break from it. It could be washing the dishes, taking out the refuse, making the bed, locking the garage door or any of the typical household activities that are part of life.

  • When you next make a phonecall to a stranger, deliberately and consciously be friendly to the person at the other end, without being gushy or syrupy. Just be nice, recognising them as another human being who also wants to be happy.

  • Extend the practice beyond human beings too: to pets and plants. See if you feel good inside.
