You need strawberries of around 3 cups which is sliced. Coconut milk of around 3/4th cup will be required as well. Sugar, soda as well as carbonated water are also required.  To make it, you need to take a medium size bowl and put the strawberries as well as sugar in it. Now, you need to use a blender so that the strawberries can get mashed. You also need to pour coconut milk and cub soda and again blend the solution well. Serve it in glasses with strawberries at the top.

Every body is not early risers but we all should have to wake up early to see the beauty of nature and with waking up late we really miss so many things like beautiful Sunrise ,  fresh air outside that's free from dirt , and pollution , we should do exercise daily in morning to make our body healthy and fit.  We can do meditation and make our soul pure and we get peace in mind and that really helps to start a very Good Day . So below here are some tips how to wake up early


1) Set an Alarm place it far away to stop it you will get up from ur bed and that can also Wake u up.



2)Plan something in morning like gym or a walk. Go for a walk walk in beautiful park . when u see sp many people doing exercise , jogging you yourself get encouraged to do , this becomes your habbit to do and this also makes you and helps you to wake up early. 






3) Talk to someone special or with a person who wakes up early. that gives to enthusiasm to start a day nd that makes u wake up also . 









4) plan some excited breakfast in morning that also encourage u to wake up early . Some people are foodie so there favourite food only can make them Wake up early.




5) . Fix an appointment with someone early in the morning. Plan for jogging with ur friend in
morning then you and your friends also wake up early








6) Sunrise meaning the time in the morning when the sun starts to rise in the sky: watch out sunrise it's looks beautiful in morning . It gives soothing effect to eyes too . Nature has his own beauty we watch it .  This sunrise also encourage you to wake up early .
